Jade was an absolute asset at our recent Graceville State School Fair. She didn’t just provide first aid on the day — she helped us plan ahead, talked through potential risks with calm professionalism, and handled all the required incident follow-ups with regulation paperwork and clear guidance. Dependable and warm, she took her job very seriously and gave us total confidence that everyone was in safe hands. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any organisation looking for someone they can count on.

Jade has been an incredible part of our Riverside Rugby Club community this season. At all our club matches, she brings such a calm, caring and professional presence to the sidelines. The kids, coaches, and parents all feel reassured knowing Jade is there, ready to help whenever she’s needed.

She’s fantastic with the players… gentle and patient when they’re hurt, quick to assess what’s going on and always making sure they’re safe before heading back onto the field. Even in the more stressful moments, Jade stays composed and supportive, which helps everyone else stay calm too.

What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about the kids’ wellbeing! She checks in after an injury, gives clear advice to parents, coaches and referees and makes sure every player is looked after properly.

Taringa Rovers Junior Presentation Carnival Oct 2025

We had the pleasure of working with Jade from Standby First Aid at our recent Taringa Rovers Junior Presentation Day and she was brilliant. She arrived early, came fully prepared with her own setup, and went above and beyond throughout the day — even jumping in to help at stalls when things got busy. 

Jade’s professionalism, friendliness and willingness to get involved stood out the most. She wasn’t just there to provide first aid cover. She became part of the team and helped create a positive and supportive atmosphere all day.

Having Jade onsite gave everyone peace of mind knowing that any incidents would be handled quickly and professionally. Her calm presence and preparedness helped the event run more smoothly, especially with so many kids and families around. It was also a very hot day, and Jade came well-prepared with a fan, ice and supplies, which made a big difference in keeping everyone safe and comfortable.

Jade was organised, reliable and proactive and this is exactly what you want from an event medic. She made everyone feel at ease and added real value to the day.
